The FES also presents an integrated cost-benefit analysis for the floating nuclear plant concept and reflects on a cumulative basis, the elements of review in Parts I, II, and III. This Statement (NUREG-0502) is Par +. III of the environmental review related to the issuance of a manufacturing license to Offshore Power Systems.
