The Contractor agrees that the work to be perfomed under Article I shall be accarplished within the ceiling price. Unless and until the Contracting Officer shall have notified the Contractor in writing that the ceiling price has been increased and shall have specified the extent of the increase, any costs incurred in excess of the ceiling price shall be borne by the Contractor. The contractor is not obligated to continue perfomance if to do so would exceed the ceiling price.
The ceiling price of the contract is $131,490.44."
As a result of this Supplanental Agreenent, there is no change in the ceiling price nor the period of perfor: nance of this contract.
