During November the Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville ( "B rowns ville ") has continued its review of discovery documents already produced by the parties in West Texas Utilities Co., et al. v. Texas Electric Service Co.,

U. S. District Court Case No. CA3-76-0633F (N. D. Texas), and being made available for inspection by Houston Lighting & Power Company and Texas Utilities Company.

Brownsville has to date received no interrogatories or requests for documents. Brownsville intends to submit interroga-tories and requests for documents to a number of parties during December.
