NOTICE OF ISSUAEE OF DIRECTOR'S DECI510N UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 By letter dated April 5,1979, June Allen,'on behalf of the North Anna Eavf rcr~:r.tal Ccalitien (Ccalition), requested that the Nuclear Regulatory Comission revoke the operating licenses of the Virginia Electric and Pcwer Company's North Anna Pcwer Station and Surry Power Station on the basis of matters related to the Westingh,use ECCS model, the capacity of the refueling water storage tank, and steam generator integrity.
The Comission t
referred the Coalition's letter to the NRC Staff for appropriate response under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Comissien's regulations.
Upon a review of the infornation presented by the Coalition, I have determined not to revoke the North Anna and Surry licenses.
Accordi ngly,
the Coalition's petition is denied.

A copy of this decision will also be filed with the Secretary for the Comission's review in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206(c) o# the Cornission's regulations.
