This is in reply to your six letters, each dated December 14,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents concerning the contentions being heard by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from intervenors in the hearings identified in Appendix A.
In response to your request, we wish to inform you that the information you are seeking is contained in documents currently on file in the NRC Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC, as well as in the NRC's local Public Document Room (LPDR) for each nuclear power reactor facility you identified.
(See Appendix A for individual locations.) The documents are filed under the appropriate docket number for each facility.
Also, the "corttentions" are stated in the Decisions of the ASLB.
Collections of ASLB Decisions are published monthly in a Journal identified as " Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issuances" on file at the PDR.
