Areas Inspected: Measurement and statistical controls, and ID and its associated LEID.
The Inspection involvod 31 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
_Resul ts : The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the two areas examined during the inspection except for the following two items:
1.
Shipper's values were booked without satisfying all of the required criteria for booking shipper's values as stated in License Condition 6.4. (Infraction) 2.
No documentation existed that indicated preliminary aneiysis of control data was being completed by the statistician every two.ueks.
