SUPPLEMENT TO LICENSEE'S ANSWERS

-(SET NO. 3) TO THE FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES OF THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION DATED NOVEMBER 15, 1979 Licensee's answers (Set No. 3) to California Energy Commission's first set of interrogatories were filed on Decem-ber 4, 1979.

This document supplements Licencee's response to Interrogatory 30 found at pages 2-8 of that set of answers, as follows:

in jointly sponsoring the testimony described on pages 4-8 of Licensee's original response.

Mr.

Jones' responsibility will be primarily in the areas of loss-of-coolant accident and other transient analyses.

Performed both large and small break ECCS analyses under both the Interim Acceptance Criteria and the present Acceptance Criteria of 10 CFR 50.46 and Appendix K.

June 1975-Present:

Acting Supervisory Engineer and Supervisory Engineer, ECCS Analysis Unit, B&W.

Responsible for calculation of large and small break ECCS evaluations, evaluation of mass and energy releases to the containment during the LOCA, and performance of best estimate pre-test predictions of LOCA experiments as part of the NRC Standard Problem Program.
