Revision Cl of the CSAR incorporates new demographic information relative to the Morris Operation'. This information is founded on data developed by the Bureau of the Budget, State of Illinois, and other sources. A comparison of Illinois data with U.S. projections indicates that population growth in Illinois has been slower than the country as a whole, and this trend is expected to continue.

Revision C1 also contains a revised Table 7-3, florris Operation Radio-logical Monitoring Program, and some editorial corrections.

Ten copies of the subject revision are enclosed.
