Docket tio. 50-312 (SP)
Dear Mr. Remy:
As indicated in the cover letter of January 24, 1980 accompanying the tiRC Staff responses to interrogatories of Friends of the Earth, the affidavit of Mr. Robert A. Capra had not been executed.
Enciosed please find an executed copy of that affiavit.
It has also come to my attention that a line was dropped in the response to Interrogatory 37.
The first full sentence of the third paragraph of page 43 of the response should read:
In addition, on September 17, 1979, all operating light water reactors received an information request regarding potential unreviewed safety questions on interaction between non-safety grade systems and safety grade systems.
Finally, the following documents are enclosed to complete the NRC Staff response to your request for documents:
1.
Operating reports for Rancho Seco for the months January through December, 1979.
2.
SECY-79-330F dated September 11, 1979 on the subject of Quali-fications of Reactor Operators.
Sincerely I
