Dear Mr. Saltzman:

Please be advised that we have been notified of a suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, by Betty Lou Phelps, et al. versus our policyholder General Dynamics Corporation, et al.

We were notified of this occurrence under the coverage rrovided by or Supplier's and Transporter's Policy Number NS-61 and we are conducting an investigation to determine if our policy provides coverage for this claim.

The suit is brought by Betty Lou Phelps, individually and Adminis-trai.ix of the estate of her deceased husband, John E. Phelps, and involves alleged contamina' ion by e adioactive materials he was exposed to while loading a truck at e General Dynamics faci-lity on a United States Air Base in Fort Worth, Texas.
