Dear Ms. Drum:
This is in response to your letter dated November 29, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, access to information regarding the annual throughput.of plutonium for each year of operation for Kerr-McGee (Crescent), Babcock & Wilcox (NUMEC), General Electric (Vallecitos), Westinghouse (Cheswick), Exxon Nuclear Company (Richland) and Nuclear Fuel Services (Erwin).
In a January 21, 1980 telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you were informed that this letter would contain a copy of each of the NRC response letters to previous similiar F0IA requests.
Enclosed are response to the following:
F0IA 76-420 January 14, 1977 January 28, 1977 F0IA 77-A-5 February 25, 1977 F0IA 77-168 November 28, 1977 As Mr. Isaacs informed you, any released information discussed within these letters is available in the F0IA File Folders by writing directly to the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The char eight cents ($0.08)ge for reproducing records located in the PDR is per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Potomac Research Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
