This is in response to your undated letter in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all NRC files concerning the Clamshell Alliance.
The NRC does not maintain files on organizations.
Enclosed, however, as listed in the Appendix, are copies of records relating to the Clamshell Alliance of which the staff is aware. To the extent that the Clamshell Alliance or its members may have written to the NRC concerning any licensing or rule making matter, those letters would be in the public Docket files for the proceedings involved.
For your information, there is a public Docket file concerning the Seabrook plant located at Exeter Public Library, Front Street, Exeter, NH, and copies of documents concerning the Clamshell Alliance may be contained in that file.
