ORDER Petitioner Sensible Maine Power requests an enlargement of time, namely niten (90) days, until April 27, 1980, in which to file its sup-plemental petition containing specific contentions in this proceeding.

The supplemental petition is due on January 28, 1980, and a special pre-nearing conference to consider such contentions is scheduled for February 12, 1980.

During a telephone conference today in which counsel for all parties and the State of Maine participated, the Chairman of the Licensing Board, after considering all arguments advanced by the participants to the confer-ence, stated that the Board would grant Petitioner's motioa for an enlarge-

ment of time and would reschedule the special prehearing conference to a date to be determined at a later time.

In view of the Board's ruling,

\\QY 8002120 counsel for the State of Maine orally withdrew a similar motion for an ex-tension of time which has not yet come into the hands of the Board.

Accordingly, for good cause shown, Petitioner's motion of January 16, 1980, for enlargement of time and for rescheduling of the s,7ecial prehear-ing conference is granted.

Petitioner's filing of its specific contentions in this proceeding is now due no later than Monday, April 28, 1980.

The time for the filing of a respor.se by the Licensee and the NRC Staff is hereby extended to May 12, 1980.

It is so ORDERED.

FOR THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD RAdnPn RoYertM.Lazo,ChhGman Dated at Bethesda, Maryland, this 25th day of January,1980.
