Dear Mr. Power:
This is in response to your letter dated January 15, 1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, specific documents identified in NUREG-0568, Revision 1 regarding Three Mile Island.
The documents you have identified are available for inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),.1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, DC. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is cight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
You indicated in your letter that we should refer your request to the NRC's contractor.
You will, therefore, be billed by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR, for the reproduction charge, plus tax and postage on your requested documents.
