Dear Mr. Doherty:
This is in reply to your three letters dated December 27, 1979, January 3,1980 (misdated 1979) and January 8,1980 (misdated 1979), in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of 26 documents,11 documents, and 12 documents, respectively, which you specifically identified by Accession Number, Report Number, Author, number of pages, and brief description.
In a letter dated December 14, 1979, Mr. Stephen M. Schinki, Counsel for the NRC Staff, previously informed you that the documents you identified are available for inspection and copying either at the Staff's offices in Bethesda, Maryland or at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
The PDR is located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
Mr. Sohinki also stated that if you wish the material to be copied and sent to you, you should send a list of the requested documents, identified with the above information, to the following address:

A request for waiver or reduction of fees may be filed p)ursuant to 19.14a by providing the information specified in S 9.14a(c. In this regard, note that S 9.14a(g) provides:
The NRC will not waive the reproduction costs for documents located or made available in the NRC Public Document Room or a local public document room in the absence of a com-pelling reason to do so.

If you choose to purchase the documents from the PDR, the charge for reproducing the records is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the record to be reproduced by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed directly by Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges plus tax and postage.
As requested in your lctters, copies of your three lists of documents are returned herewith. Also enclosed for your information is a copy of 10 CFR Part 9.
