Grand Gulf Nuclear Station File 0260/15521/15526 Final Report for PRD-79/15 as Defined in 10 CFR 50.55(e)

AECM-79/142 On September 7,1979, Mr. J. K. Rausch of your office was notified of a potential reportable deficiency regarding ASCO solencia valves becoming inoperable when exposed to radiation dosage and temperatures specified as purchase requirements.

It was determined that this in a reportable de-ficiency within the meaning of 10 CFR 50.55(e). Details of our findings are described in the attached report.
