Response 5 To date no seismic category I supports use expansion anchors attaching to concrete blocks. If any are used in the future, the requirements of this item will be addressed fully.

Response 6. Structural steel shapes when used with concrete expansion anchors were included in the original Bulletin response. Therefore, this aspect of Revision 2 has no effect on Perry.

Rerponse 7. This is not applicable to Perry.

Response 8. The requirement for " maintaining documentation of any sampling inspection of anchor bolts required by item 4 on site and available for NRC inspection" was formerly in item 4 of the original Bulletin and therefore needs no response.
