Physical inventory procedures and follow-up on items of non-compliance and unresolved item.
The inspection involved 67 inspector-hours on site by two NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the two areas examined during the inspection except for the following two items:
1.
Deficiency - Failure to follow the written procedure for determining holdup in process equipment (79-16-01) - This is a repeat item of noncompliance.
2.
Deficiency - Failure to verify bulk volume measurement systems once each material balance period by inspection to determine damage, sediment build-up or other conditions that could cause a chang: in volume (79-16-0 ).
