With reference to our request of 12/5/79 for renewal of the subject certificate, we have been advised pursuant to your letter of 12/28/79 that a consolidated application will have to be submitted to your office in order to obtain the requested renewal.
The current certificate is scheduled to expire on 3/31/80.
- Thus, we do not believe that we have adequate time to prepare a consolidated application by this expiration date.
Therefore, we are requesting that this certificate be renewed until 7/31/80 based upon our previous request for renewal.
We plan to submit the consolidated application for renewal of this certificate as required in your 12/28/79 letter by 3/31/80.
pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, General Electric check 842937 was submitted with our 12/5/79 renewal request to cover the fee associated with this renewal.
We assume this check can be applied to the processing of this request.
