Certificate of Compliance 5320 for the Model Nos. A and B expires on March 31,1980. On December 31, 1979, notice of the expiration of this certificate was sent to the primary user requesting their intent with respect to renewal of the Certificate. The primary user indicated by letter dated January 16, 1970, that they would not request renewal.
As the only secondary user of the packages, if you desire to continue use of these packages and assume the responsibilities of the primary user, an application requesting renewal and stating your desire to be the primary user should be submitted at least thirty (30) days before the current expiration date of March 31, 1980.
This notice is sent for your convenience and it should not be interpreted that similar notices will be sent in the future.
