NRC STAFF RESPONSE TO APPLICANT'S MOTION FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE AND RELATED FILINGS On January 18, 1980, the Applicant moved for the establishment of a schedule for a prehearing conference and submission of related filings in this proceed-ing. Specifically, the Applicant requested that a prehearing conference be held on February 28 and 29, 1980, that supplements to the intervention petitions submitted herein, including a statement of contentions, be filed by February 12, 1980, and that Applicant and Staff responses to the contentions be filed by February 25, 1980.
The Staff project manager on this case is unavailable to attend a prehearing conference on February 28 and 29, 1980. Thus, the Staff requests that a pre-hearing conference be held at an earlier date or on March 4-5, 1980.
If these latter dates are acceptable, the Staff recommends that supplements to petitiens be served by February 18, 1980 and responses thereto served by February 29, 1980.
