We are new considering this need, and hcw to satisfy it, in a rule making proceeding. A copy of our proposed rule and a ccpy of the related value/ impact analysis are enclosed for your information and possible use.

Since your letter concerns the subject of the proposed rule, we will include it in the group of cc:re.ents that receive consideration in deciding the content of the effect' e labeling rule that will be developed and applied in the U.S. NRC's regulatcry program.
