The Babcock 6 Wilcox Company, Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant requests amendment of SNM-1168 regarding minor organizational changes within the Nuclear Materials Control Group at the CNFP. Accordingly, a check for
$150 is attached to cover the administrative licensing fee.
Also enclosed in this submittal are various 70.32(c) changes which you are not currently aware of.
Att.achment I to this letter describes the proposed organizational changes and the need and basis for the changes.
Attachment II to this letter describes the 70.32(c) changes to the Fh3fC Plan.
