Dear Mr. Reid:
The District sent you letters on November 30; 1979 and December 31, 1979, describing the modifications reauf red by Paragraph 3.1.31(2) of the Fire Protection Safety Evaluation Report (SER) attached to License Amendment No.19, dated February 28, 1978.
The letter dated December 31, 1979, duplicated information that was contained in the November 30, 1979 letter. Conversations with your staff have indicated that this c'uplication of information has lead to confusion.
Therefore, t;'e Distritt reouest that you disregard the December 31, 1979 letter, and "se the November 30, 1979 letter as the District's official descrip-tioa of the modification required by Paragraoh 3.1.30(2).
