Pursuant to the provisions of Section 73.5S(b)(4), " Physical Protection of Plants and Materials," Part 73, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, and Section 50.34(d), " Contents of Applications: Technical Information," Part 50, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Louisiana Power & Light Company submits the Safeguards Contingency Plan and Security Training and Qualification Plan for the Waterford Steam Electric Station Unit No. 3.
Five Copies of each plan are forwarded as attachments to this letter.
The details of the security program described in the Plans are proprietary, as provided under the Nuclear Regulatory Cornission's Rules and Regulations, 10CFR2.790(d) and 10CFR9.5(a)(4). At such, Louisiana Power & Light Ccapany requests that the Plans, or any cortion thereof, be withheld from public disclosure.
