Dear Mr. NacDonald:
General Atomic Company holds valid Certificate of Compliance No. 6703 for a shipping package, Model No. RG-1, with expiration date of January 31, 1980.
General Atomic anticipates continued need of this package for the transport of radioactive materials for the next several years, pursuant to 10 CFR 71.
Accordingly, we request a new expiration date of January 31, 1985.
Attached is a check in the amount of $150 covering the renewal fees prescribed in 10 CFR 170.31(11).
