Dear Mr. MacDonald-Genemal Atomic Company holds valid Certificate of Co pliance No. 9037 for a shipping package, Model No. TRIGA-2, with expiration date of March 31, 1980.
General Atomic anticipates continued need of this package for the transport of radioactive matcrisis for the next several years, pursuant to 10 CFR 71.
Accordingly, we request a new expiration date of March 31, 1935.
Attached is a check in the amount of $150 covering the renewal fees prescribed in 10 CFR 170.31(11).
