DOCKET NUMBER 50-289 OPERATING LICENSE NUMBER DPR-50 AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO THE TMI-1 RESTART REPORT Enclosed are 50 copies of the subject amendment for incorporation into your copies of the Restart Report. Additional copies will be forwarded to you separately.
This amendment provides additional information and makes several non-substantive administrative changes to the 'ntI-1 Emergency Plan. Also please note that some information we previously agreed to forward in early January is not yet available. Therefore, we expect to forward another amendment in mid-January to provide the missing information or a revised schedule for its submittal.
