MOTION OF THE APPLICANTS TO WITHDRAW THEIR APPLICATION Now come the applicants in the above-entitled matter ano say as follows:
- 1. The above-entitled matter L s remained dorn ant for some time pending the outcome of the efforts of the applicants to obtain a clear title to the primary site.
- 2. On Monday, December 17, 1979, the Board of Directors of the New England Power Company, the lead applicart, voted to cancel the units for which the application in the above-entitled matter was filed.
