Theodore A. Adler, Esquire Widoff Reager Selkowitz & Adler Post Office Box 1547 Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17105 Re:
Three Mile Island #1 Docket No. 50-289 (Restart)
Dear Ted:
Thank you for being so prompt with your November 30 set of interrogatories.
We are obviously going to have our hands full with discovery and the opportunity to get going early helps.
Most of your interrogatories, however, deal with contentions to which we have objected and on which the Board has not yet ruled.
We do not plan therefore to respond to these interroga-tories until after the Board rulings and we view the time for response as dating from the rulings.
Where we have not objected to a contention we will proceed promptly with the preparation of answers or objections to the interrogatories.
May I call your attention to the fact that Section 2.740b(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice requires that interroga-tories to any party be served on all other parties, members of the Board and the Secretary of the Commission.
Our November 13 offer to reproduce and mail intervenor filings expressly included interrogatories.
Sincere m
