Dear Mr. Keppler:
This is to confirm our telephone report to your Mr. D. Boyd, Chief of Reactor ProjectsSection III, at 1615 hours0.0187 days <br />0.449 hours <br />0.00267 weeks <br />6.145075e-4 months <br /> on December 28, 1979.
At that time I informed Mr. Boyd that during analysis of the Unit 2 data gathered in response to IE Bulletin 79-14 four (4) significant non-conform-ances were identified relative to subject bulletin by our New York office.
A brief summary for each of these problems was also read to Mr. Boyd at this time.
A followup report will be submitted by January 10, 1980, as required by Technical Specification Section 6.9.1.8.
