Based on a conversation on November 13, 1979, between Mr. Wayne Norwood of your staff and Mr. Neil DuBry of our office, it is our understanding that back-up power is supplied to the emergency telephones (red "hotlines")
installed at your cimarron facility by a natural gas generator.
If this information is not correct, please inform this office within ten days of your receipt of this letter of the provisions your have made to supply these telephones with back-up power.
