SUBJECT:
PREPARATION OF LICENSING DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF TAP A-1, " WATER HAMMER" Subtasks 1.2, 2.0 and 3.2 of Task Action Plan A-1 (Enclosure 1), approved by the Technical Activities Steering Committee in September 1977, stated that required documents will be prepared for providing guidance to the licensing review process. is the scope of work (Program Brief) for a contract RES has prepared to accomplish the objectives identified in subtasks 1.2, 2.0 and 3.2.
RES has set aside funds for this effort totaling approxi-mately $146K and the work is scheduled for completion in FY 1980.
Effort on TAP A-1 has been coordinated with Mr. C. Graves of Reactor Systems Branch.
If you agree that the scope of work outlined in Enclosure 2 is responsive to TAP A-1, please indicate by signing the appropriate signa-ture block and returning a copy to me.
