Pursuant to the requirements of Arkansas Nucl. ear One - Unit 2 (ANO-2)
Technical Specification 6.9.1, we submitted the subject report with our letter of December 11, 1979.
The original Startup Report was sub-mitted September 13, 1979.
The supplement covered testing following that incluced in the original through October.
Unfortunately, the copies of the supplement which were supplied to you did not contain the last four pages as iaentified in the Table of Contents.
These pages are attached.
Supplements will continue to be submitted as required by AN0-2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.3.
