3CMB THREAT At 9:07 a.=. on October 25, 1979, the Daniel International Corporation telephone switchboard operator receiv3d a second bo=b threat.

This tima the call ca=e from a Cottrol Building extension (913).

The same male voice that called at 7:58 a.m.

stated, " Debbie, I was paid by NORCK to put the bomb in this building, not to kill people, so you better stop =essing around.

I'm a mesbar of NORCK."

He then hung up.

A search of the Control 3uilding was completed and no benb was found. No site evacuaticn was conducted.

The Sheriff of Coffey County, Kansas City FBI and ATI' vere notified. The IAT and offices of Cc =issfoner Hendrie and Kennedy were notified by telephone on october 25, 1979.

No press release was made or planned by the licensee or NRC.
