On August 10, 1979, we sent IE Bulletin 79-19, " Packaging of Low-level Radio-activo '<!aste for Transoort and Burial", to you for information and action.
Item af that Bulletin required you to report, in writing, within 45 days of reaipt of the Bulletin, your plan of action and schedule with regard to Items 1 through 8 of the Bulletin.
