On August 10, 1979, we sent IE Sulletin 79-19, " Packaging of Low-Level Radio-active Waste for Transcort and Burial", to you for information and action.
Item 9 of that Bulletin required you to report, in writing, within 45 days of receipt of the Sulletin, your plan of action and schedule with regard to Items 1 through 8 of the Sulletin.
Thus far, we do not have a record of your response to the Bulletin.
You are reminded that such response is required. Authority and clearanc' for issuing the reporting requirements of the bulletin has been approved for this agency by the U. S. General Accounting Office.
