Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 71.12 (b), Tennessee Valley Authority, as holder of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68, hereby informs the U.S. Nuclear Regulatorf Commission that we plan to ship radioactive materials in the Hittman HN-100 Series 2 and CNSI 21-300 shipping casks. These casks have been issued Certificate of Compliance Nos. USA /9079/A anc USA /9096/A, respectively, by the NRC.
