During the month of October, 1979, the City cf Austin has not initiated any discovery requests.

The Department of Justice examined documents of the City of Austin on October 8, 1979. Attorneys for Central and South West Corp. requested that their document inspection be at another time. Austin has no objection to that proposal.

On October 9 and 10, 1979, the Department of Justice conducted the depositions of R. L. Hancock, H. L. Peterson and Emmett Rummel.

Subsequent to those depositions, Austin provided additional docu-ments requested by Justice.

Other than the above, Austin has received no discovery requests.
