On June 20, 1979, the Board issued an Order denying Mr. Johathan Howard Kamras' petition for leave to interver.e (undated) which had been served on May 24, 1979.
It has come to our attention that a copy of the Board's Order of June 20, 1979 was not served upon Mr. Kamras on June 21, 1979.
A copy of our Order of June 20, 1979 is attached hereto.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.714a, Mr. Kamras may appeal our Order of June 20, 1979 to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board within ten (10) days after the service of this Order and attachment.
IT IS 50 ORDERED.
