20555 Gentlemen:
SCANP's proposed findings of fact regarding the financial qualificatiens of the Applicants are due today, November 5, 1979.
Although SCANP has substantially complaced a draft of the.e findings, counsel's involvement in the Skagit County Planning Co= mission recone hearings has consumed e greater amount of time and attention than was anticipa" aarlier.
We request therefore a brief extension of time in which to file and serve the proposed findings until Friday, Nove=ber 9, 1979.
In view of the three week extensions accorded to other parties we trust that a brief extension for SCANP's proposed findings on financial qualifications will neither occasier undue hardship to any party nor conflict with any schedules envisioned by the Board.
Very truly yours.,
& h.
