The following corrective action for an item of non-compliance noted by hir. J. W. Hiatt during an inspection September 11-13, 1979 is submitted for your review.
Notice of violation 10CFR 71. 62 (a) (10) requires that records of the results of determinations required by 10CFR 71.54 " Routine Determina-tions," be maintained.
Corrective Action Immediately following verbal notification by h!r. Hiatt of the violation, supervision informed appropriate individuals to use a check-off sheet for every shipment included in the scope of 10CFR 71.54. The check-off sheet assures performance of all requried steps and is filed as the record required by 10CFR 71. 62 (a) (10) .
