In order to be in compliance with the requirements of Title 10 CFR, Part 71, Section 71.12, Batte11e's Columbus Laboratories (BCL), 505 King Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201, request that it be registered as a user of the USA /9119/B package (Ref.: B&W, NNF Division, Lynchburg, Va., Certificate of Compliance request submitted for the "1270 Birdcage", WAPD-0(AO)-4191 Report) for shipments of NNFD enriched uranium fuel.
These shipments will be made in conjunction with a DOE R&D program at BCL.
