Supplementary information to above referenced amendment application; H. V. Lichtenberger to L. C. Rouse, dated 6/27/79 Gentlemen:
In reference (1) above, it was requested that Page II-1, Rev. 2, dated 3/15/7a of our original license application be replaced by Page 11-1, Rev. 3, dated 3/22/79. This revised page was never included with our 4/23/79 submittal because the changes we anticipated never occurred.
In our reference (2) submittal, our intent was to delete page II-1, Rev. 3, dated 3/22/79 to reflect the fact that the original page dated 3/15/74 should be retained without change.
However, our reference (2) suumittal requested deletion of the revised page dated 3/22/79, leaving Page 11-1 out entirely. This was not the intent and was an oversight on our part.
Our intent was to delete Page II-l dated 3/22/79.
Accordingly, it is requested at this time that the original Page II-1, Rev. 2, dated 3/15/74 be retained and thus need not be considered in your review of our amendment application.
