Dear Dr. Welt:
This is in response to your letter dated October 18, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, information regarding decisions rendered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, which reversed a Nuclear Regulatory Commissions staff finding.
Please find enclosed a listing of Board decisions related to your request.
This list identifies documents already on file for public inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
Copies of these documents can be purchased by writing directly to the PDR.
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
