05-17401-01 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the hTC inspection conducted on August 9, 1979, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with hTC regulations and the conditions of your h7C License No. 05-17401-01 as indicated below:
1.
License Condition 16 requires, in part, that licensed material be used in accordance with statements, representations, and procedures contained in letters dated September 29, 1977, and March 21, 1978.
Contrary to this requirement:
Individuals other than those authorized were functioning as radiation protection officers for licensed activities at Great Falls, Montana, and Sedalia, Missouri, at the time of the inspection.
This is an infraction.
2.
Contrary to 10 CFR 19.11(a) or (b), neither the documents required by 10 CFR 19.11(a) nor the notice required by 10 CFR 19.11(b) were posted at the time of the inspection.
This is a deficiency.
