This letter is to inform you of the deposition schedule for Mr. Ted Hatcher of Texas Power and Light and Mr. flax Tanner of Dallas Power and Light. Mr. Hatcher will be deposed on October 16, 1979 and Mr. Tanner is scheduled for October 17, 1979, rerhaps to continue on October 18, 1979.
Both depositions will start at 9 5) a.m. in the Ranger Room of the Ramada Inn, 700 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, Texas.
