As Mayor.Nohlsen advised Mr. Vollmer, the Citv has reviewed Mr. Robert Arnold's October 1 letter to Mr. Vollmer on water storage at Three liile Island, and is very concerned tnat Metropolitan Edison Company is improperly tryinc to pressure t.ne Nuclear Regulatory Commission into approvine the use of

Met Ed readily could have built-additional shielded storage months ago.but decided not to. dorso.
