This inspection was conducted to verify the progress being made

of unsound concrete, repair of rebar and tendon conduits and in-

spection and cleaning. The repairs appear to be proceeding in
accordance with the plan submitted to DRL. We plan to continue

the frequent inspections of the repairs.
