DOCKET NO. 50-289 OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-50 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 22, A!ENDME'i? NO.1 Enclosed are three signed originals (thirty-seven conformed copies sent separately) of Technical Specification Change Request No. 22, Amendment 1, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No.
As a part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of Certificate of Service for proposed Technical Specification Change Request No. 22, Amendment 1, to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
This amendment serves to modify our previous Change Request No. 22 dated October 29, 1975 It is our understanding that our previous Appendix J related request (October 29, 1975) has not been approved in that th< NRC is considering revising Appendix J.
We request that as a min.um, the Fluid Block aspect of our request (addressed by this amendent) be approved prior to completing your generic review of Appendix J and since approval of this aspect is urgently needed, we request approval prior to April 30, 1976.
